Script Settings

While editing script go to script settings button at the top of the page

You will be presented with some script options

Script Name - This can be changed

Inbound Page - The first page that loads when an inbound call is presented to the agents

Outbound Page - The first page shown when an outbound call is presented to the agents

Default Background Colour - This is colour shown on the script throughout

Press save script to save any changes

Page Settings

While editing a script go to the page settings button (cog icon) in the top menu bar.

You will be presented with some page options

Page Name - This can be changed.

Don't Record calls on this page - If this tick box is ticked, when agents navigate to this page call recording will be automatically stopped .

Page Background Colour - The background colour of that page , when activated it will override the default background colour set in the script settings section.

Delete Page - If this button is ticket the page is deleted from the script.

When this is pressed it will check through the script to see if any other parts of the script rely on anything from this page to function. Pressing the fix button will allow you change this reliance to something else.

Press done to confirm and delete the page.
