Outgoing calls

There are two ways you can make a call in the flow app.


  • Type a number in and press call.


  • Click the phone icon next to the users in your contacts.


When on a call, the following options are available

Hang up
Park (put the person on hold)
Transfer the call.
Mute the mic.
Keypad for navigating IVRs
Add another person to the call.
Transfer the call to another device


Transferring calls

There are three ways you can transfer a call in the flow app.


  • On a call, select the transfer option on the right hand side.


  • Search a number and select the transfer option.


  • Click the transfer option next to a contact.


3 options for transfers are


BlindThis will transfer the call to the other number.
AttendedThis option will allow you to speak to the destination recipient. You can also choose to cancel the transfer with this option.
