Outgoing calls
There are two ways you can make a call in the flow app.
- Type a number in and press call.
- Click the phone icon next to the users in your contacts.
When on a call, the following options are available

Transferring calls
There are three ways you can transfer a call in the flow app.
- On a call, select the transfer option on the right hand side.
- Search a number and select the transfer option.
- Click the transfer option next to a contact.
3 options for transfers are
Blind | This will transfer the call to the other number. |
Attended | This option will allow you to speak to the destination recipient. You can also choose to cancel the transfer with this option. |
