Page settings

Clicking the  button will change the data based on the selected filter.

 - This option is ticked by default.  Un-ticking will un-hide empty lists.

 - Clicking here will refresh all data.

 - Clicking here will hide/un-hide the information displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.

Date Range Selector

The date range selector shows data imports and the date imported. This is the filter for eligibility count. If you import into the same list, this will help you find the eligibility for a specific data import. A highlighted column is the data count for the Home, Work and Mobile numbers for the filter selection. If you select 'Active Leads', you will get the number count for leads that are active. Final leads will give a count of all types that are final.

Leads Table

Eligible in the future will show the amount of records this list has available going forward. This is dependant on the END date in your date selectors. If you want to see as of right now, make sure you reset the end date in the date selector to the end.

Rows;

Live Lists - Will display the live lists.

Active Lists - Will display the active lists.

Inactive Lists - Will display inactive lists.

Columns;

Name - Name of the list.

Last Import - Last Import date for the list.

Last Call - Last call date for the list.

Leads - Total number of leads for this list.

Act. - Total number of active leads in this list.

Att. - Total number of attempted leads in the list.

Avg Att - The average number of active lead attempts for the list. 

Fut. - Total number of leads in this list that will be eligible in the future.

Elig. - Total number of eligible leads in the list.

Fnl. - Total number of 'finalled' leads in the list.

Res. - Total number of leads disposed as 'Final' result code in the list.

DNC - Total number of final leads disposed as DNC in the list.

Max - Total number of final leads that have reached 'Maximum Attempts' in the list.

Avg Age - Average age of the records in the list.

Callbacks - Total number of call backs for the list.

Pen. - Penetration rate for the list.

Home - Total number of home phone numbers in the list.

Work - Total number of work phone numbers in the list.

Mobile - Total number of mobile phone numbers in the list.

Sum Eligible - Total eligible records of all lists.  Ticking the check-boxes on multiple lists will total them all together.

Clicking on a list in the table will bring up the import history on the right hand side of the screen
