Compliance Reports

Within the Report Viewer, the following reports are grouped under Compliance. Each report can be filtered at a campaign level and provides different data to support your reporting needs.

When generating a report, enable the Report Details option to view the calculation behind each column.

Ofcom Drop Rate

Provides a summary view of the Ofcom drop rate and the metrics used its calculation.

Parameters: Start Date; End Date; Campaign(s); Drop Rate Target.

Column Definitions

Drops: Total number of Drops

Agent Answer Machines: Calls dispositioned as Answer Machine by users

Live Calls: Automated outbound calls where a live person was observed

Drop Rate = D ÷ (D + L) × 100

Where:

L = Live Calls
Ag = Agent Answer Machines
D = Drops − (Drops × (Ag ÷ (Ag + L)))
