Default Result Codes

The following result codes are added to your system during onboarding as a starting point. These are not system result codes — they can be edited, deactivated, or removed at any time, and new ones can be added to suit your operation. They are distinct from the system-generated result codes that run in the background and cannot be changed.

AGAMAgent Answer Machine — used when the call connects to an answer machine.
BUSYBusy — used when a busy tone is detected on the call.
DEADAIRDead Air — used when the call connects but no audio is detected on either side.
DNCDo Not Call — used when a customer requests not to be contacted again. Adds the number to the DNC register.
HKTHot Key Transfer — used to record a warm or cold transfer via a configured Address Book entry. Only available on transfer calls.
HUNGUPCustomer Hung Up — used when the customer ends the call before the agent can disposition it.
NINot Interested — used when the customer is not interested in the purpose of the call.
NOANSWERNo Answer — used when the call rings out with no answer.
NPCBNew Number Callback — used to set a callback on a new or alternative number provided by the customer.
PCBPersonal Callback — used to schedule a callback on the current number at a time agreed with the customer.
REDIALRedial — used to immediately redial the customer on the same or an alternative number.
SALESale Generated — used to record a successful outcome. Configured as a success result code.
WRONGNOWrong Number — used when the number reached does not belong to the intended contact.
