This page holds a list of inbound numbers that are diverted to an IVR in order to stop them from reaching a user. Thus allowing you to block certain numbers from calling into your system by routing them to IVRs (You will need to create your own IVRs for this purpose - this could be music or a message)

| Details | |
| Telephone number | Here you can enter the telephone number to be diverted to an IVR. Something must be entered here and it can only contain numbers. Its best practice to enter the numbers as your data displays them e.g. with or without 44 at the start. |
| Added by | This field will automatically enter the user who entered the number into the list. |
| Data added | The date and time will be automatically added here. |
| IVR | A drop down of all present IVRs on the system will allow you to point the number at the relevant one. All calls received from the number will be diverted here. |
| Blocks | |
| Last | Most recent date & time the number called into the system will be displayed here. |
| Total | Here you will see the total number of times the number has called in. |
| Reference | |
| Notes | When adding numbers, it may be worthwhile adding notes as to why the number has been added for other users to know. |
