What's new for Contact Hub for 7.5.1 Release?
- Revenue Field. We've improved the revenue field in the Contact Hub to prevent invalid entries when pasting values. This means agents can now complete their tasks smoothly without errors caused by incorrect number formats. There's nothing you need to do, and the system will ensure only valid revenue amounts are accepted.
What's new for Manager Portal for 7.5.1 Release?
- WhatsApp Attachments. We've improved the way ticket attachments are handled for WhatsApp, ensuring you can download files smoothly without any issues. This update makes accessing your ticket history easier and more reliable.
- Campaign Manager Performance. We've improved the Campaign Manager to prevent unexpected disconnections and ensure data updates smoothly, even after your screen locks or you switch browser tabs. These changes mean the system stays reliable during busy times without any action needed from you.
- Report Viewer. We've fixed an issue in the Report Viewer where the left-hand list didn't update correctly when switching between report types. Now, the list always matches your selection, showing grouped headers for Standard reports and a simple list for Custom or System reports. You can switch between report types with confidence that the display will be accurate.
- Scheduled Reports. Scheduled reports using the Previous Month filter now include all data up to the very last moment of the month, ensuring they match manual report runs exactly. No action is needed on your part.
- Call Reporting. We've improved how we track calls that aren't accepted, so reports now show accurate information about these calls. This means you can trust the data on call queues and agent responses without needing to do anything extra.
Database Updates
- Inbound Deny List. We've renamed a permission in Settings to make it clearer. What was previously shown for the Inbound Deny List is now labelled "Settings – Inbound Deny List", with an updated description explaining that it lets users view, add, edit and remove entries on the list. The permission works exactly as before, only the name and description have changed.
- Do Not Contact. We've renamed a permission in Settings to make it clearer. What was previously labelled "Settings – Manage Do Not Contact" is now simply "Manage Do Not Contact". The permission works exactly as before, only the name has changed.
