Leaderboard Widget

The Leaderboard widget shows the top 10 performing agents (or fewer, depending on how many are logged in) within the selected Campaign or Team. The Campaign or Team is defined via the settings dropdown, or by using the dashboard filters and widget selections — whichever is selected will determine which agents appear in the top 10.

System Activity Widget

The System Activity widget is a widget version of the System Activity page. It shows information for all calls going through the dialler in real time, giving an overview of activity at any point. You can see the campaign the call relates to, the Call ID, the list associated with the call, the phone number, the Lead ID, the attempt number, and the result code.

This widget has no configurable settings. What is displayed is determined by the dashboard filters and the filter groups configured in the Dashboard Designer.

Agent Info Widget

The Agent Info widget displays a summary of the status of all agents currently logged in. Aside from font size, this widget has no other configurable settings — what is displayed is determined by the filter groups configured in the Dashboard Designer.

Campaign Manager Widget

The Campaign Manager widget presents the top half of the Campaign Manager page as a dashboard widget. Once published, it offers the same functionality as the full page, including moving lists in and out of campaigns, and starting, stopping, or pausing campaigns.
