MaxContact Portal Whitelisting Requirements

 

Should there be any restrictions on internal network traffic, we recommend whitelisting the Public IP addresses presented by the MaxContact system. Once your Environment has been built, your Project Manager will provide you with this public IP for your records. Alternatively, please ask the Support Team, and they will be able to provide you with this IP address. 


The Ports to allow through your firewall are below:
