- Email Interactions. We’ve increased the email upload limit from 30MB to 50MB, so you can now send larger files and more generous combinations of emails and attachments. This update makes sure everything is processed smoothly, giving you a more reliable experience and helping prevent any issues with imports in future.
- Email Interactions. We’ve updated the Email Collector so it now keeps every original recipient visible. The main address stays in the ‘To’ field and any others move to ‘CC’. This gives your teams a clear view of who was included in each message, helping them understand the full conversation at a glance.
- Email Interactions. We’ve fixed an issue in Contact Hub where forwarded emails with a “+ alias” showed the channel’s own address in the CC field. You’ll now see the right recipients every time, making email conversations clearer and easier for agents to follow.
