Whats new for Contact Hub?


Export Digital Transcripts

You can now export complete transcripts of digital interactions directly from Contact Hub, keeping all formatting and key details intact. This makes it easier to review conversations, share insights, and maintain accurate records for compliance or quality checks. A new permission setting gives teams secure control over who can export transcripts, ensuring data is handled safely and efficiently.




Email Interactions. We’ve corrected an issue where CC and BCC addresses weren’t included when transferring an email to an address book entry. These fields weren’t being sent correctly.

  • Breaks. Fixed an issue where users could get stuck returning to a dynamic campaign after a break. This was caused by the auto-accept countdown not resetting properly, which triggered a repeated force action loop and prevented re-entry into the campaign.


Other Updates & Enhancements

  • Integrations. The MojoCx integration now sends the “Stop Transcription” event earlier in the process. Instead of triggering after a call’s Outcome is set, it’s now sent when the call status changes to “Wrapping”. This ensures any agent discussions during wrapping aren’t transcribed, protecting privacy and removing unnecessary transcript content.



As well as the highlighted areas above, infrastructure improvements to enhance the overall product architecture have been included, ensuring better performance, reliability, and scalability, as well as a number of performance enhancements to boost stability and resilience.
