You can create wallboards to be displayed on any web browser. This gives you the ability to display different information to different screens/people within your organisation. The wallboards update stats in real time and when changes are made on the main screen, such as selecting different widgets, the browser versions will update with a simple refresh.
Users must have a login to access wallboards.
If you have anyone who accesses the wallboard independently, they will need a user set up in your portal that only has access to wallboards via the permission 'Wallboard Link Access' being enabled as well as the 'Portal Access' permission.
To revoke access you can remove the user from your portal by making them inactive.
Once they log into the wallboard, they will stay logged in for 30 days by default (365 days from version 4.7.4, this can be changed by contacting the support team).
To create a new role you will need to go to the permissions page and creating a new user can be achieved via the CTU. Please see the following guides for assistance

Each widget also has the same customisation options as the Dashboard Designer. Settings options for each widget can be accessed by clicking the icon and duplicating the widget can be achieved by clicking the
icon. You can delete any widget by clicking the

Publishing the wallboard
Once you have completed designing your wallboard, you can publish it so it can be used. Upon publishing, you will be presented with the following dialog box;
Fig.4 The publish dialogue box.
Permalink - Firstly, the permalink box can be changed to whatever you choose (default is the wallboard name), which will change the URL link after 'Wallboard/'.
Only show assigned Campaigns, Teams & Users - Checking this box will ensure that dashboards will only show information the user viewing it, is assigned to see. Any widgets displaying information not assigned to the user will be missing.
E.g. it could be published to a Sys Admin role but the user is manager level, therefore they will only see manager level information. Someone else with Sys Admin access will see all.
Filters - The filters assigned to the wallboard can be allowed to be changed or not by checking or unchecking the required filters.
Once you are happy, you can then publish the wallboard, which makes it live to view at the generated URL.
