To enable agents to record revenue, you must select the “Collect Revenue” option in the settings for any result codes that you would like to treat as revenue-generating. This option becomes available when “Success” is selected.
Recording Revenue
When the agent disposes a call in web-agent, using a result code with the Collect Revenue option checked, they will be able to enter the revenue amount in a text box on the result code.
Scripts
Alternatively, a new component 'Revenue Dispose Button' is available in scripts. This allows agents to enter a revenue amount and then dispose of the call with a pre-selected result code.
Viewing Revenue
Revenue can be viewed in two ways;
Dashboard Stats
To see the revenue recording per campaign, team, list or user, you can add a Live Stats widget to a dashboard. In the configuration for the widget, select the 'Revenue' option in the stats drop-down you require. When you save and publish the dashboard, you will be able to see the count for revenue update live.
Reports
Revenue is recorded as a column in the history table. This means we are able to run reports against it. In the custom report builder, you can select 'Revenue' from the list of available fields to get revenue into your reports.
