What's new for Contact Hub for 7.1.0 Release?
- Email Timestamp. This update adds a new received date to emails in the system, showing when each message actually arrived. Agents and supervisors can now see this timestamp in the Contact Hub tooltip and the Thread History page, helping them track email timing more accurately.
- Softphone Connection. We've improved the softphone so it now connects smoothly and reliably, ensuring you're ready to take calls without any delays or interruptions.

- Dashboard Access. We've added the ability to sort roles and campaign access in the dashboard management page, making it easier for you to organise your data.
- Dashboard Rollout. We're rolling out the new way of managing dashboards to more clients, making access easier and smoother to manage.
- Menu Navigation. Users can now right-click on Conversation Analytics and Explore navigation items to open them in a new tab or window.
What's new for the Chat Application for 7.1.0 Release?
- AI Chatbot. The AI chatbot widget now displays multi-part responses as individual chat bubbles rather than a single combined message. This makes conversations easier to follow, particularly when the AI returns several distinct points or steps in sequence. The widget continues to support the previous single-message format, so there's no impact on existing integrations.
Other Updates & Enhancements
- Database. We've added a new field to the interaction messages to record when each message was received. This new received date and time field will help you track exactly when messages come in, improving your ability to manage and analyse message timing.
