This guide provides an overview of the user options available within the new Contact Hub. It includes steps on accessing the user profile menu, taking breaks, managing callbacks, manual dialling, changing themes, changing passwords, leaving campaigns, and logging out of the system.


TABLE OF CONTENTS


User Profile Menu

1. Click your user profile in the bottom left of the Contact Hub to access the menu.


Go to Break

2. Click "Go to Break" to choose a break.


3. Choose a break or click "Cancel Request" to go back to the Campaign (This will put you into your previous state or Not Ready or Ready).


Manage Callbacks

4. "Manage Callbacks" takes you to your callback manager calendar.


5. Your calendar will show you any Private callbacks you have set.


Manual Dial

6. "Manual Dial" allows you to call a Contact whether they are already in the system or not.


7. Click the "Search Contacts..." field to find out if a Contact is already in the system.


8. Click here to perform an advanced search.

Change Theme

10. Toggle here to go to the dark theme.


11. Toggle again to go back to the light theme.


Change Password

12. Click "Change Password"


13. You will see the change password screen where you can enter new details. Password rules will be highlighted in red.


Leave Campaign

14. Click "Leave Campaign" to go back to the initial Campaign selection screen.


System Log Out

15. Click "System Log Out"


16. Click "OK" to exit the WebAgent completley.


17. You will be taken back to the main login screen.
