Whats new for Contact Hub for 6.11.2 Release?
- Ticket Reopening. We've fixed an issue where the email handler ignored the Ticket Reopening setting, so tickets now reopen as expected based on your configuration.
- Email Forwarding. We have resolved an issue where inline attachments and links were not displaying correctly in forwarded emails. This fix ensures that all original content, including links and attachments, is preserved, allowing users to access important information without any disruption.
- User Sign-In. We've improved campaign sign-in to prevent conflicts caused by overlapping connection attempts. This change prevents users from being wrongly sent to break or logged into another campaign while already active.
- Permissions. We've improved caching in Contact Hub to boost performance and keep users settings current. Permissions are now cleared on logout and refreshed at the next login, while users who remain logged in will automatically get updates every 10 minutes. This ensures settings and permissions stay accurate without delays.
Other Updates & Enhancements
- API. We've fixed an issue with the Campaign Status Change API that caused occasional failures where status updates didn't match the responses shown. The API now verifies database updates before confirming, so campaign transitions display correctly.
As well as the highlighted areas above, infrastructure improvements to enhance the overall product architecture have been included, ensuring better performance, reliability, and scalability, as well as a number of performance enhancements to boost stability and resilience. | |
