Settings

Along the top of the screen there are search filters allowing you to search for types of auditing between certain dates. You can enter a start and end date, then select an audit category from the following options;

  • All
  • Info
  • Warning
  • Error
  • Database
  • Compliance

Once the desired dates and category have been selected, you can click the search button to search with that criteria.


Advanced Search

Next to the search button, you will see an advanced search drop-down button. Clicking here will add more filters to the search criteria.


User - You can select a particular user to search for any activity completed by them.

Area -  Here, you can select an area of MaxContact to search. The options being;

  • All
  • Ans machine plan
  • CTI plan
  • CTU
  • Call back manager
  • Calling time plan
  • Channel
  • Custom reports
  • DNC plan
  • Dashboard page
  • Dashboards
  • DNIS mapping
  • IVR plan
  • Inbound blacklist

Change Type - You can also search by the type of change that has been made.  The options are;

  • All
  • User
  • Campaign
  • List
  • Team
  • Plan
  • Data filter
  • Calling time
  • Time span
  • Dashboard pages
  • Dashboard publish
  • Result code


Note - When selecting this option, a further drop-down box will appear to the right with the options relating to what was selected. For example, if 'user' is selected, the drop-down will have all the users to select from.


Search Results Table

Once you have clicked the search button, the results will appear in the main screen table.


There are 6 columns of information;


Audit Category - Here you will see icons relating to the different categories;

  • Information
  • Compliance
  • Database Change
  • Warning


Date and Time - Here, you will see the date and time of the audited process.

User - Here, you will see the username of the person who made the change to the system.

Area - The 'area' column shows which part of MaxContact the process happened in.

Description - The description column provides a simple description of what happened during the process.

Compliance - Here, you can see if anything related to compliance issues has been changed or not.  The compliance symbol will show if there has been a change to anything compliance related, the cell will be blank if not. If any compliance changes have been made, the text in the row will be highlighted in red.


To expand the information of the process, you can simply click on the row to open it.  The information show contains;


Changed Area - The 'area' of MaxContact the change was made in.


Date and Time - The date and time the change took place.


Name - The name of the list.


Description - Brief description.


Compliance Warning - This has a description of what the warning is for.


When you select a row of the table, the right hand side of the screen displays more detailed information about the changes.
