The Import API History screen allows you to view all your previous imports. You can filter the history in various ways;

Selecting any of the buttons highlighted here will filter the main table by the selected time span.

Clicking the first button here will open up the advanced options.

The middle button will expand the table to stretch it across the whole screen.

Clicking the search button will effect any search criteria selected in the advanced options.

Advanced search options;

Start & End - Here you can select a specific date range to search.

List - Allows you to select a specific list to search.

Supplier - Allows you to select a specific supplier to filter the results by.

Phone Number - Lets you search a particular number.

Reference - Allows you to search for a specific reference.

All Imports - With this ticked, the search parameters you select will be applied to all imports. Deselecting this will only search the imports for the Day, Week, Month, Quarter selected.

Stats

Imported - How many leads were imported within your search criteria.

Eligible - How much eligible data you have from your search criteria.

Attempted - How many leads have been attempted from your search criteria.

Successes - The number of successes (as defined by you) from the search criteria.

Final - How many of the calls to leads within the search criteria were finals.

Most Finals - The agent with the most finals and the number of finals they have had.

Results Table

The information displayed in the table is as follows;

• First Name
• Last Name
• Phone Number
• Lead ID
• Reference ID
• Final
• DNC
• Last Call Date
• Last Result
• Import Time
• Can Call
• Attempts
• List
• Original List
• Supplier Name

History

On the right hand side of the screen you will see a history summary for each lead you select (If there is a history present).  Here you will be able to see the following information;

• Agent name
• Reference ID
• Call start (time & date)
• Call end (time & date)
• Result Code
• Result Code Description
