Publishing Dashboards
Once you have finished designing your dashboard and saved it, you can manage and publish it directly from the Dashboard Management grid.
To get started, locate your dashboard in the grid and select Manage Access from the right-hand panel. This opens the Manage Access window, where you can control access across three tabs.
General tab
The General tab lets you add or remove Management Hub role access. Adding a role grants view or edit access to all users with that role. Removing a role revokes access for all users assigned to it.

You can also enable Link Sharing here, which generates a shareable URL allowing the dashboard to be viewed via a direct link — useful for displaying dashboards on external screens.
Contact Hub tab
To make a dashboard available within Contact Hub, search for the relevant campaigns using the Add Campaigns field and select those you want to add. An All option is available to publish the dashboard system-wide across all campaigns.
Filter Groups tab
Use the Only show assigned Campaigns, Teams & Users checkbox to ensure users only see data relevant to what they have been assigned. Any widgets showing information outside their assignment will appear blank.
You can also define which stats are shown by default and what users can adjust using the filters. These mirror the filter options found in the Dashboard Designer and can be updated at any time. For example, a dashboard can be configured to display data from a single campaign only, or restricted to specific team information by unchecking Allow Campaign Selection, List Selection, and User Selection — meaning users can only adjust the Teams filter.
Publishing and unpublishing
- Selecting Publish makes the dashboard active and visible to users with the relevant access.
- Selecting Unpublish sets the dashboard to inactive, removing it from view without deleting it.
A dashboard's current status (Active or Inactive) is visible at a glance from the Dashboard Management grid.
Deleting a dashboard or wallboard
To permanently remove a dashboard or wallboard from the system, follow the steps below.
- Open the Dashboard Management panel and locate the dashboard or wallboard you want to delete.

- Select the dashboard. In the right-hand panel, scroll down and select Delete Dashboard. Alternatively, select the three-dot menu icon next to the dashboard and choose Delete.

- A confirmation window will appear. Type DELETE in the field provided, then select Delete Dashboard to confirm.

The dashboard will be permanently removed from the system.
