Once you have finished designing your dashboard and saved it, you can manage and publish it directly from the Dashboard Management grid.

To get started, locate your dashboard in the grid and select Manage Access from the right-hand panel. This will open the Publish Dashboard window, where you can control access across two tabs.
Manage Access
General
Within the General tab, you can add or remove role access for Management Hub. Adding a role allows you to grant view or edit access in Management Hub. Whilst removing a role will revoke access for all users assigned to it.

You can also enable Link Sharing from here, which generates a shareable URL allowing the dashboard ot be viewed via a direct link, useful for displaying dashboards on screens.
Please note: Any role with edit-level permissions will have access to all dashboards by default. These will appear as locked rows within the publish window and cannot be removed, as access is granted automatically by their permission level.
Contact Hub
To make a dashboard available within Contact Hub, search for the relevant campaigns within the Add Campaigns field and select those you wish to add. An All option is also available if you'd like to publish the dashboard system-wide across all campaigns.

Filter Groups
Use the Only show assigned Campaigns, Teams & Users checkbox to ensure users only see data relevant to what they've been assigned. Any widgets showing information outside of thier assignment will appear blank.
You can also define which stats are shown by default and what users can adjust using the filters. These mirror the filter options found in the Dashboard Designer and can be updated at any time.
For example, a dashboard could be configured to display data from a single campaign only, or restricted to show specific team information by unchecking Allow Campaign Selection, List Selection and User Selection - meaning users can only adjust the Teams filter.
Publsihing & Unpublishing
- Selecting Publish will make the dashboard active and visible to those with the relevant access.
- Selecting Unpublish will set the dashboard to inactive, removing it from view without deleting it.
A dashboard's current status (Active/Inactive) is visible at a glance from the dashboard grid.
Deleting a Dashboard/Wallboard.
