This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to manually dial another contact while on a call. It also includes tips on how to call an unknown contact and the ability to put participants on hold. Viewing this guide will help someone efficiently manage multiple calls and connect them seamlessly.
1. Select the 3 dot "Quick Actions Menu".
2. Select "Add a Manual Dial".
3. Enter a search term in the "Search Contacts..." field. (Advance search is also available via the button to the right of the search.
4. Once you have found the contact you wish to call, select the "Call" button.
Tip! Remember, if a contact is not present, you can still call the number by clicking "Call Unknown Contact". This will add the number to the system so next time you search, it will be found.
5. You will then see that both the initial contact and the third party's details will be displayed.
6. You have the ability to put any of the participants on hold in any combination.
7. To connect the 2 partys and leave the call yourself, select the "Connect Calls" button.
8. Next, select the calls you wish to connect by clicking on them.
9. Click "Connect" to complete the connection. You will then move on to the ready state.
