What's new for Contact Hub for 7.2.0 Release?


  • Interaction Branching. In Contact Hub a small update has been made ensuring consistent branching options by aligning the branching logic and tooltips with the main inbox options to the quick access menu.

What's new for Manager Portal for 7.2.0 Release?


  • Dashboard Edit. You can now open editable dashboards directly in the editor with a new quick access option, making it easier to update your dashboards.
  • Dashboard Management. We've added a new button on the Dashboard Management page that lets you open the Manage Access window directly from the grid. This makes it quicker and easier to adjust access settings, but you'll only see this option if you have the right permissions and the dashboard isn't read-only.
  • Dashboard Viewer. You can now go straight to the Dashboard Viewer page by clicking the main title of any row in the Dashboard Manager, making navigation quicker and easier.
  • Duplicate Dashboards. You can now easily duplicate dashboards directly from the Dashboard Management grid using a new Duplicate option. When you duplicate a dashboard, the copy opens immediately for editing and stays grouped with the original if it was marked as a favourite.
  • Settings Navigation. The Settings icon in the left navigation now lets you open it in a new tab or window by right-clicking. Regular clicks will still open it in the same tab, making your browsing smoother and more intuitive.

Other Updates & Enhancements

  • Bulk Upload. We've fixed an issue that could stop bulk user uploads from .csv and .txt files from going through properly. Instead of failing with a vague error and leaving users out of the import, uploads should now complete more reliably and give a clearer outcome when something needs attention.

Database Updates

  • The permission labeled 'Inbound Number Reservation Override' has been renamed with a new description.
As well as the highlighted areas above, infrastructure improvements to enhance the overall product architecture have been included, ensuring better performance, reliability, and scalability, as well as a number of performance enhancements to boost stability and resilience.
New additions are currently in the beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
