Overview
Core Reports let you generate a full data export of any active list on the system. The output includes lead fields, all secondary (custom) data table field values, and the last call information for each record — giving you a complete picture of what is in a list and how each lead has been handled.
To access it, go to Reporting > Reporting Suite > Core Reports.
Core Reports are particularly useful when you need to:
- Audit the data held against leads in a specific list
- Review the last call outcome, date, and agent for each record
- Export list data including secondary table fields that are not available in standard reports
- Share a full data snapshot with a client or internal team
Selecting a list
The left-hand panel displays all active lists on the system. Click a list to select it — this is the list the report will be generated against. Only one list can be selected at a time.

| Control | Description |

| Filter by | Sets the date field used to filter the report. Two options are available: Import Date — filters records based on when they were imported into the list. Last Call Date — filters records based on when the most recent call was made against them. |
| Start date | The start of the date range to filter by. |
| End date | The end of the date range to filter by. |
| Search | Runs the report based on the selected list and date range. Results populate in the table in the centre of the screen. |
| Download | Downloads the generated report as a CSV file. Only available after a search has been run. |
Report output
Once a search has been run, the results populate in the table in the centre of the screen. Each row represents one lead record from the selected list.
The columns include the last call fields and all secondary (custom) data table field values active within the system.

| Lead | The unique identifier of a record within the system. |
| Last result code | The result code applied to the most recent call made to this lead. |
| Last call date | The date and time of the most recent call attempt against this lead. |
| Last agent | The agent who handled the most recent call to this lead. |
