This guide is essential for anyone looking to efficiently manage user interactions and notes within a digital platform. It outlines how to utilise draft functionalities effectively, ensuring that users can easily initiate, save, and discard interactions and notes without losing valuable information. The clear indicators for draft status help maintain organisation, making it easier to track ongoing communications.

Draft User Initiated Interactions

1. When creating a 'user initiated interaction' before the initial message is sent, the interaction is in draft form. Navigating away here will remove the draft, so if you no longer need to send it, its a simple click away. Its then clear that if you complete the nteraction it will be created and sent.

You will receive a confirmation message to check you want to discard it.

Draft Responses to Interactions

2. When replying to an interaction, what you type is automatically saved as a draft. You can see the red indicator showing the Draft status on the 'Reply' tab. You can also see the indicator on the interaction card as well as 'Draft' in red.

3. You can see the indicator when you have multiple interactions in play.

Note drafts

4. Initiate a note in a digital interaction OR a voice call.

5. One you start typing, the Draft indicator will be visible.

6. The draft indicator stays on the note tab when you navigate away.

Remember, hitting enter won't add a note, you must press 'send' or 'ctrl + enter'.

7. The indicator is still visible if the panel is minimised.

Tip: Drafts do not carry over if an interaction/call is dispositioned.
