Some clients have been having issues with their number being incorrectly identified as Spam or Fraudulent on their customers Samsung phones.


Unfortunately,  This isn't something we have any control of on our side, with Samsung phones if a number of users report a number as spam or fraudulent it will automatically update their own database to show fraud/spam to all future recipients of calls from that number (This has been in place since the Galaxy S8 phone was released in September 2017).


Samsung use www.hiya.com to manage this feature of their phones.
