1. Navigate to your portal address e.g. https://company.maxcontact.com
2. Enter your Username.
3. Enter your Password.
4. Click "Login"
5. On the next screen, select the campaign you wish to log into.
6. The softphone tab will open and should read "Ready to Take Calls". If not, you may be in a "Dynamic Nailup" campaign OR your browser may not yet have permission to access your microphone (if the latter, ensure you give th browser permission to access your mic at all times).
7. Click "GO BACK" or select your original Web Agent tab.
Do not close your softphone tab or you will lose your audio connection.
8. Click "Go Ready on all Queues" to start making/taking calls and/or receive digital interactions.
