This update focuses on look and feel. It's designed to better reflect your brand, creating a more polished and consistent experience for your customers.
You're in control of when you switch. You can explore the new WebChat, test the changes and go live when it suits you.
Both versions are available for a limited time to give you space to adapt. When you're ready, you can make the move with confidence.

- Dashboard Banners. We've updated Management Hub to replace the old Tickers page with a new Dashboard Banners page, making it easier for you to manage your banners. You'll notice clearer names and improved navigation, helping you find what you need faster.
- Settings Page. We've updated the settings navigation to make it simpler and clearer by removing old menu items that could cause confusion. This means you'll see a cleaner, more streamlined interface when managing your settings.
- Menu Navigation. We've improved the main navigation bar by adjusting the size of the icons and the spacing between them, making it easier and more comfortable for you to use.
- Data Handling. We've resolved an issue where the Lead Search and Edit page was failing to load search results for platforms with a large number of data fields. Unnecessary data is now stripped before the request is sent, so searches work reliably regardless of how many fields are set up in your account.
- System Management. Audit logs in the Management Hub now correctly display the name of the user who made each change. Previously, this information wasn't being captured properly, which made it harder to track activity with confidence. This fix ensures every audit entry is attributed accurately, giving admins a clearer and more reliable record of what's happening across the platform.
Other Updates & Enhancements
- Security & Performance. We’ve resolved an issue that could cause login problems during daylight saving time changes and made additional improvements to ensure smoother performance across the platform. Authentication now works reliably for all users, regardless of time zone, helping everything run more efficiently with no changes to the platform’s appearance or day-to-day experience.
