1. Upon first logging into an Interaction campaign, you will see the "Go ready" button. This will put you ready on all queues.
2. Once you hit the button, you will see the "Waiting for Interactions" egg timer while the system waits for and assigns interactions to you.
3. Selecting the Queues tab will allow you to see all of the queues you are assigned to and the number you are ready on. The below image shows being ready in 1 of 6 queues.
This can be done before or after you go ready.
4. To go ready on an individual queue, select the toggle for the queue. Your queue will display the number of tickets waiting and your capacity level for the queue.
The below image displays 0 interactions currently allocated with a capacity of 3.
5. You will see the toggle turn green to signify you are ready on the queue. If any interactions are waiting, you will immediately be assigned one.
Tip: When going ready with interactions waiting, 2 things can happen depending on the settings via Admin.
1 - Default setting. You will receive an interaction and then be placed in 'Not Ready' on all queues. You can then choose to deal with a second interaction by toggling ready again. Once you have dispositioned an interaction, you will be put ready again on all queues you were ready for previously.
2 - 'Force ready'. When you receive your interaction, you will stay ready in the queue until your capacity is full (Notified by a padlock symbol). Your capacity will only fill up if there is demand in the queue. To change your status, you will need to make the request then deal with your capacity before being allowed to change.
