This page allows you to search for leads (your data) within the system. Once found, you can edit their information or delete them from the system for GDPR requests or otherwise.

When searching for leads, you can use lead data to narrow down the search.

Each field can be partially searched, for example, inputting Man into the 'city' field will bring up all leads where the city contains 'man'.
To search, simply type into one or more fields and click the search button in the top right.

Selecting the grey 'advanced' button next to the search button, will give you the option of adding rules/filters to your search (Fig 3.).
This contains a drop down of default primary fields the system has as well as any secondary fields created on the system when importing data (See data tables for more information).
You can use information such as List name, Phone attempts as well as your bespoke data in the rules, adjusting the options to suit.
If someone needed to search for leads with a specific date of birth, I can add the field and select options such as 'between' dates or 'after' a certain date.
Multiple rules
Its possible to search using multiple rules with and/or options and with multiple groups of rules.

AND | This means all criteria will have to be met to be included in the search result. |
OR | This allows you to widen the search but still include base criteria. |
Add rule | Allows you to add more rules in. |
Add group | Allows you to add a group of rules, in the example above, as 'OR' options. |
Delete rule | Will remove the selected rule. |
The AND function means that all criteria chosen will have to be me to be included.
Search result
When a search brings back results, you will notice 2 icons on the right of the table.

![]() | Selecting the delete option will remove the lead from the system and for GDPR purposes, remove all data from the system also. When a lead is removed in this way, the personal information fields in the lead and the lead phone tables are sanitised. Other fields are modified so the record cannot be called and the phone numbers belonging to the lead are added to the do not call table. Statistics for the lead remain for reporting purposes (time of a call, length of a call etc.) but any information regarding the lead will be hidden as it has been removed from the system entirely. (users with access will see a series of x's in place of information). You will see a dialogue box asking you to select a Do Not Call category before confirming the deletion of the lead. ![]() Fig 6.
