On the Import DNC page you can remove DNC numbers from the DNC list. A maximum of 5,000 DNC removals can be performed per day.
1 - Select the tab at the top of the page called 'Remove Numbers'.
This tabs works in the same way as adding numbers to the DNC in that you can do single numbers or you can do the process in bulk. For information on importing DNC numbers, see the following guide - Import DNC
2 - Add a name for the removal, handy if this is a regular process.
3 - Ensure you select the appropriate 'category/DNC list' that you want to take the numbers off, from the drop down.
Removing single numbers | To remove a single number, enter the phone number you wish to remove from DNC into the phone number text box. |
Bulk removal of numbers | If you have a large number of numbers to remove, you can upload a file containing these numbers by checking the 'Remove via file' option. File types allowed are .csv and .txt (A file can contain a maximum of 1,000 numbers at a time). |
Additional numbers can be entered on new lines (The text box allows you to remove up to 1,000 numbers at once).
This will accept a list of numbers that are separated by a new line.4 - You must add a note of some kind for each removal, again this is very useful for regular use of this action.
5 - Once you have added the numbers to the box/uploaded your list of numbers, you can select the Summary button to take you to the next and final page. Here, you can check and finalise the process by selecting the 'Start bulk delete operation' button.
