The Different Inbound widgets available are;
- Inbound Blocks
- Queue Grid
- Inbound Stat Tile
Inbound Blocks
The Inbound Grid shows the below information regarding inbound stats;
To configure this widget, click settings. This will bring up the following box
You can select/deselect which data you want displayed by clicking in the Data Choices box either on the cross after each data name (to remove) or in the white area (to add) and click on an option.
In the setting box, you also have the option to set a ‘Stat Alert’ which will play audio of your choice when a threshold is reached. You can also set an alert for every change if required.
Queue Grid
The queue grid show data in a table rather than using widgets to display. It shows all the information regarding the different inbound queues which you can use the filters to select the queue you wish to see statistics of.
Clicking the settings button will give you the following dialog box;
Title | The name/label of the grid |
Font size | The size of the font for the stats on the grid. |
Inbound Stat Tile
The Inbound Tile has a smaller number of settings you can change;
Data to Display | Choose a statistic to display on the widget. |
Font Size (px) | The stat font size. |
Background colour | Gives you the option of customizing the colours of the widget. |
Stat Alert | Tick to set an alert on the stat; |
Within this tile’s setting, you can also set a ‘Stat Alert’.
Threshold | Set the number to trigger the alert. |
Alert on Every Change | Tick to have the alert every time the threshold number changes. |
Audio File | Choose what audio the widget will play when alerting, the widget will also flash on the dashboard when alerting (to upload an audio file for use here you must ensure it is no longer than 2 seconds long and is in a .wav format). |
The widget will play a sound, of your choice, when the inbound stat selected reaches a certain threshold. You can also get it to play a sound every time the stat changes if required.
