This guide provides an overview of preview dialling, a method that allows you to see contact details before the system dials their number. It explains how to go ready for a preview campaign, view and skip contacts, and initiate calls. This guide is useful for anyone who wants to be more prepared for each call and efficiently manage outbound preview dialling.
Tip: Preview dialling allows you to see the Contacts details before the system dials their number. A preview campaign is a slower way of outbound dialling because of this, but it allows users to be more prepared for each call.
1. Click "Go Ready" once logged into the campaign.

Tip! Preview campaigns are blended, meaning you can also receive inbound calls once "Ready".
This will only happen if you are part of any Inbound Queues.
2. When a Preview call is allocated to you, the screen displays the contacts details on screen (Their details will also be visible in the script if you are using one).

3. Preview calls have an automatic countdown before the system dials the Contact. This is an optional setting controlled by Admin which may or may not be visible to you. Therefore, automatic preview times can vary in length.

4. If you don't wish to call the contact, the "Skip" button will move you on to another contact.

5. Clicking the "Call" button will initiate a call to the contact displayed.

6. Once the call is initiated, you continue as normal.
