Filter Options

The filter box displays four drop-down menus, allowing you to filter by campaigns, lists, teams, users and queues. Any selections made here will be reflected across the widgets on your dashboard, making it easy to create dashboards tailored to specific campaigns, lists, teams or individual user performance.
Groups
The filter selection also includes the option to create groups, which can then be applied to individual widgets. Selecting the + button will open the Groups area.

By default, two groups are displayed at the bottom of the filters. Selecting Create adds a new group to the list, each assigned a unique colour that can be customised.
To edit a group, select the pen/edit icon to the right of the group name. From here, you can rename the group, change its colour, or delete it. Once you have set a name and colour, select the green tick to confirm. You can continue adding groups as needed, up to a maximum of 10.

To delete a group, select the red X next to the group you wish to remove.
Once your groups are set up, you can assign filters to each by selecting the group and adjusting the drop-down options to your desired combination. For example, a group could be configured to display stats from all campaigns, all lists and all users, but scoped to a specific team only.
In the example, the purple group is set to show stats from all campaigns, all lists and all users. However, it is set to only show the information for the team ‘Sales’ team.

Groups can be configured to show any combination of stats available within the filter drop-downs.
Once you close the Filter Selection box, any widgets on the dashboard will display a coloured tab in the bottom-left corner, corresponding to the first group in your list.

Selecting this tab will reveal the tabs for your other groups. Selecting any of these tabs will update the widget to display data based on the filter selection for that group.
Know Your Widget
![]() | Selecting this icon opens the widget toolbox. Selecting a toolbox set will expand it to display the widgets available within that category. |
To add a widget, click and drag its name onto the dashboard area. The widget will follow your cursor and can be positioned as required. Releasing the mouse button will place it, snapping into position to make the most of the available space.
Widgets can be placed in any order and position on the dashboard, and resized using the handle in the bottom-right corner of the widget.
Most widgets display the following options in the top-right corner, which will vary in colour depending on the widget.

- Settings - Opens a configuration panel with options specific to that widget type, covered in more detail later.
- Clone - Creates a copy of the widget in its current state, useful for quickly building out dashboards with similar widgets.
- Delete - Removes the widget from the dashboard.
Most widgets also feature a purple quick-action tab on the left-hand side. Selecting this allows you to quickly adjust the font size of the widget without needing to open the full settings. Some widgets will also display a spanner icon here, which lets you quickly update the contextual information shown in the widget - again, without going into settings.
