Whats new for Contact Hub?


Canned Responses
We’ve added full functionality to the canned responses in the side panel. You can now send responses directly from the panel or insert them into your reply box. It’s also possible to make quick edits to a canned response before sending.


  • Emails. We’ve fixed an issue with email images that was disrupting history downloads. Images are now formatted correctly, ensuring PDFs download smoothly.
  • Agent status. This update ensures that when agents cancel a status change, they return to their previous queue states instead of being incorrectly marked as ready on all queues. This improvement prevents unexpected interactions and enhances the overall customer experience by keeping agents focused on their designated tasks.

As well as the highlighted areas above, infrastructure improvements to enhance the overall product architecture have been included, ensuring better performance, reliability, and scalability, as well as a number of performance enhancements to boost stability and resilience.
New additions are currently in the beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
