User Portal/Contact Hub

We’ve reintroduced the ability to copy reference and contact details in ContactHub, a feature previously available in WebAgent. 

This is now also available in Callback Manager (including Calendar and Overdue views), with additional UI improvements for clarity. 

In 'Upcoming', the functionality is available via a helpful tooltip, making it easier for agents to quickly access and share key information.

Copy to clipboard. We’ve added the ability to quickly copy reference and contact details in Contact Hub. This makes it easier for users to share or reuse important information without manually selecting and copying text.

Product Updates

User Portal/Contact Hub

Header information. We’ve updated the header component across all interaction types to display more useful information at a glance. This update also includes a general UI tidy-up for a cleaner, more consistent experience.

Scripts. We’ve fixed an issue where email subjects weren’t being populated correctly when sending a new email from a script in Contact Hub. The subject line is now automatically included as expected.

Callback Manager. We’ve fixed an issue in Callback Manager where the calendar was incorrectly displaying the wrong week and month. It now correctly shows the current week.

Manager Portal/BI

Dash/Wallboards. We’ve fixed an issue where the ‘actions’ column was not displaying in the configurable grid unless digital was enabled. It now appears as expected, consistent with other dashboard widgets like the CTU list tiles.

General/Connection

Timeouts. We’ve resolved an issue that was causing timeouts. This was due to how tasks were scheduled, which has now been optimised for better performance and reliability.

	As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been some quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product.
	New additions are currently in the Beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
