Whats new for Contact Hub?
- Interaction scripts.We’ve improved how text from text fields copy to the reply panel when using scripting. When you insert content into the Contact Hub email reply panel, it now keeps the original formatting and style, ensuring messages look just as intended. All existing sending functions remain unchanged.
- Email hyperlinks. We’ve fixed an issue that caused hyperlink styling to be lost when transferring emails in Outlook. Links now keep their original appearance throughout email threads, making it easier for customers to access the files they need.
- Email attachments. We’ve fixed an issue where inline attachments weren’t displaying when transferring emails to address book entries. Attached images are now appearing as intended.
Other Updates & Enhancements
- User Performance (Voice) report. We’ve corrected the display format for Callbacks Dialled and Callback Success values in this report. These figures now appear as whole numbers rather than percentages, accurately showing the total number of callbacks. All related reports using the same fields have also been reviewed to ensure consistent formatting throughout.
