What's new for Contact Hub for 6.17.1 Release?

Interaction Branching
In Contact Hub, when you're using branching, you'll now see clear tooltips on each branching option, explaining what it does and why it may or may not be available. That makes it easier to understand your choices and move forward with confidence, without any second-guessing.

What's new for Manager Portal for 6.17.1 Release?

Management Hub
As part of the Management Hub redesign, we're giving key settings their own dedicated main page. Phone number formatting, AI agent handover and single sign-on will no longer sit together on one page. Instead, you'll find each one clearly laid out in the new Settings area, making them easier to find, understand and manage.

  • Interaction Reporting. You can now clearly see which conversations were created by forwarding. We've added clear indicators in the Thread History table so forwarded threads are easy to spot and separate from those created in the usual way. This makes reporting simpler and more accurate, and builds on our recent forwarding improvements designed to give you better visibility and control.

Other Updates & Enhancements

  • API. We've fixed an issue when using the LeadServices/api/v2/leads/leadbyreference endpoint, where a Contact's supplier details weren't coming through. The correct supplier ID is now returned whenever a supplier is linked to the Contact.
  • Database. We've introduced new database fields that capture whether a conversation was created by forwarding. This records whether it was forwarded to an address book contact or an external third party, giving you clearer insight into conversation origins at a data level.

As well as the highlighted areas above, infrastructure improvements to enhance the overall product architecture have been included, ensuring better performance, reliability, and scalability, as well as a number of performance enhancements to boost stability and resilience.
New additions are currently in the beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
