This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to log out of a campaign. It explains that logging out can be done at any time while logged into a campaign and provides tips on when the action will take effect.



Tip! Requesting to log out of the campaign can be done at any time when logged into a campaign.

It will only action immediately when you are "Not Ready", otherwise it will action after 'X' amount of time when "Ready" or after you have dispositioned your current Call. Logging out of a campaign takes you to the initial login page. You will not be connected to any calls once you have logged out of the campaign.


1. Select your user menu by clicking your user profile image.


2. Click "Leave Campaign" from the user menu.


3. You will be taken to the initial login page where you can choose to log into another (or the same) campaign or log out of the system completely.


4. The time spent in the "Logged out" status will be displayed in the bottom left.
