Banners provide a way of displaying scrolling messages on your dashboards in real time, without needing to republish or have agents refresh their page.
Use case example
A business wants to use incentives to boost morale and add a competitive edge to their contact centre. A banner scrolling across agent dashboards displays live updates on prizes available and how to win them.

Page Layout
The page is split into three areas:
- Banner list - displayed on the left, showing all banners available on your system.
- Banner Details tab - where you can create and edit banners.
- Usage Information pane - showing where each benner is currently in use.
Filtering & Creating Banners
Across the top of the page you can filter banners by Active, Inactive, or All.

To create a new banner, select the Create New button. To edit an existing banner, simply select it from the list on the left, its details will load in the Banner Details tab. Once you have made your changes, select the green Save button to save new or updated banners.
