| When advisors search for a contact to start a new interaction, they'll now see all of that contact's past and current digital conversations. - Email Processing. This update improves email processing by allowing messages with missing subjects to be handled safely This change enhances the reliability of email communications across various email clients.
- Branching Emails. Agents can decide whether the original email should close or stay open, depending on what’s most appropriate. This helps prevent conversations from being closed too soon and keeps email threads organised.
- Forwarding Emails. Forwarding is now simpler and works the way people expect. We’ve replaced the old transfer options with a single, consistent Forward action that creates a clean copy of the email and handles replies reliably.
- Exporting Emails. The email export in Contact Hub is now working as expected. You can download your email interaction data without issues, making it easier to review, share, or keep records when you need them.
What's new for Manager Portal for 6.16.0 Release?

| We’ve restarted work on refreshing Manager Portal and changing it into Management Hub, the first 2 pages are now live. You can now use the new List and Channel Hub pages in Management Hub. This refresh is all about improving how things work day to day, acting on feedback and giving the portal a cleaner, more modern feel that’s quicker and easier to use. | ![]() |

- Tagging Permissions. This update makes tagging permissions clearer and easier to understand. We've improved the names and descriptions so you can quickly see what you're allowed to do, like viewing the tags assigned to you and managing tags with confidence.
- List Admin. We've fixed an issue where script link field wasn't filling in automatically when you selected your first item from the list. This now works as expected, saving you time and avoiding manual steps.
Other Updates & Enhancements
- Security. We've refreshed parts of the Manager Portal to keep things secure. While this work can't change how the portal looks or feels day to day, it helps reduce security risks and keeps us aligned with current standards.
