Speaker volume

1. Hovering over the speaker will display the volume levels of the Contact you are speaking to.

Microphone

2. Hovering over the microphone icon will show your audio level.

Tip! If there's no visible change in volume when you speak, it could be your computers sound settings or your headset settings (including being muted).

3. Click the microphone to mute yourself.

4. Click the icon again to take yourself off mute.
