This guide provides essential instructions for transferring the above interaction types, ensuring efficient communication with contacts. It outlines user and queue transfer procedures, emphasizing the importance of tracking and reporting outcomes for administrative purposes.


User Transfers

1. Hover over the interaction to bring up the quick action buttons.


2. Select "Transfer Interaction"


3. Click "User"


4. Select the required User from the list (If only 1 other present they will be selected automatically).


5. Choose an outcome for the transfer - this is so transfers can be tracked and reported on seperately by Admin, there can be only one choice depending on your Admins settings.


6. Add a transfer message/note if required (These will show on the History tab for the contacts interaction History going forward).


7. Once complete, select the "Place Transfer" button at the bottom of the screen.


8. To cancel at any point, hit the X or the back arrow to return to the Transfer choice.


Queue Transfer

9. Hover over the interaction to bring up the quick action buttons.


10. Select "Transfer Interaction"


11. Click "Queue"


12. Select the required Queue from the list (If only 1 queue present, it will be selected automatically).
