The Different Grids available are;
Configurable Grid
The configurable grid show data in a table rather than using widgets to display. It shows all the information regarding either Campaign, List, Team and User.
Clicking the settings button will give you the following dialog box;
Title | Allows you to add a name for the grid should you require. |
Data Type | You can select the data type to display – Campaign, List, Team or User. |
Filter Data | Shows just data for agents currently logged in. |
Filer data by status | Here you can filter the grid by any status agents can be in. |
Font size | Allows you to change the displayed font size. |
Column Sorting | To sort the grid by a certain column, simply click the header once for ascending, twice for descending and three times back to default. |
Add/Remove Columns | Clicking on ‘columns’ in the drop-down menu allows you to choose which columns appear in the grid. Check headers you want, uncheck ones you don't want. All columns can be re-ordered by clicking and dragging the column header to the desired location |
Break Table
This widget shows which agents are currently on break and all information regarding those breaks. This can be changed to show campaign or team level data.
Filtered Calls

The Filtered Calls widget gives you the ability to monitor when calls exceed a specific time limit.
Clicking into the settings gives you the following dialog box;
Call Types | You can select from the three types of calls; Outbound, Inbound and Transfer/Bridged. |
Call Length | Set how long a call has to exceed before being displayed. |
Result Code Activity
This grid shows all the result codes that have been submitted by agents when dispositioning calls.
You can order this grid by any of the result codes displayed.
