User Portal/Contact Hub

Interactions. Scripted messages in Contact Hub now behave more intuitively—they no longer overwrite the draft text, and if triggered via a ‘paste’ button, they’re inserted at the cursor’s position. Support for sending script messages on WhatsApp has also been added. Additionally, email replies now retain proper HTML formatting, resolving two related issues with unformatted content and paragraph breaks.

Interactions. Inbound WhatsApp and Facebook messages with attachments and captions are now processed correctly. A new queuing system ensures messages from the same contact are handled in order, even if they arrive at the same time.

Alerts. Contact Hub now uses the correct interaction-specific alert tone for incoming calls, instead of the general system tone.

Scripts. Email and SMS interactions sent from scripts now correctly link to the related Contact, fixing an issue which caused the LeadID to default to 0 and break the association.
