New Features

Incoming Call Notifications. We’ve improved call alerts to help agents respond faster and reduce missed calls. Incoming calls can now trigger a visual notification in the browser, making them easy to spot - even when agents are multitasking. This update supports both persistent and dynamic nailup setups and can be enabled with a quick Chrome permission.

Product Updates

Manager Portal/Data

Import Leads. Fixed an issue where the deduplication list was not displaying when importing with tag-based deduplication using the Tag filter. It now correctly shows the list when values and types match exactly.

Manager Portal/Quality

QA. Resolved an issue where the QA page was not displaying any data. This has now been resolved with old and new assessments showing.

User Portal/Contact Hub

Transfers. Resolved issues with the Warm User Transfer Telephony API where hold music would not play during a transfer, and where users attempting to log off mid-transfer could become stuck in a loop of being repeatedly disconnected upon login.

Outcomes. We've fixed an issue where calls sent to an Answer Machine Post Call Action for a preview call (that was never dialled) were not correctly releasing lines back to the line pool. This led to slower campaign performance and longer wait times.


As well as the highlighted areas above, there have also been some quality-of-life improvements and software stability fixes added to the product. 
New additions are currently in the Beta phase of production. You may see this icon for areas containing these features and changes within the product.
