The Different Data Tables available are;
Leader-board Widget
The leader-board widget shows the top 10 performing agents (or less depending on how many's logged in) in the chosen Campaign or Team which can be defined via the Settings drop-down. Whichever of campaign/team is selected, either via the filters or via selecting from widgets, the widget will display the top 10 agents in this widget.
System Activity Widget
The System Activity Widget is a Widget version of the System Activity page in MaxContact. It shows information for all calls going through the dialler in real time, giving an overview of how things are going at any time. You can see the campaign the calls are related to, the Call ID, the List Associated to the call, the phone number, the Lead ID, the attempt number and the Result Code.
The widget doesn’t have any settings to customise, however, what is displayed is defined by the dashboard filters and using the ‘groups’ available in the Dashboard Designer’s filters too.
Agent Info Widget
The agent info widget displays a summary of the status of all agents currently logged in. It cannot be customised in settings, (other than changing the font size) but will display info for different ‘groups’ set up in the filter section of the dashboard designer.
Campaign Manager Widget
The Campaign Manager Widget Gives the user the ‘top half’ of the Manage Campaigns page in a widget form. It has the same functionality, once published, as the Manage Campaigns page including the ability to move lists in and out of campaigns and start, stop and pause campaigns.
