Softphone. The softphone page in Contact Hub has been rebuilt behind the scenes to improve performance and refresh the visual design. It still works just as before, with the same connection state labels and familiar ‘Go Back’ button - no changes have been made to its functionality. This update is rolling out gradually, with some clients receiving it before others.
Manager Portal/Data
Imports. Fixed an issue where contacts imported with a supplier name were not correctly linked to that supplier, leaving the supplier field not populated in the database. We've restored the correct matching logic and added a safeguard to prevent this specific issue from occurring.
Manager Portal/Integrations
Telephony API. You can now place calls via the telephony API and have them correctly linked to the campaign you specify. Previously, even with a valid campaign ID in the request, calls were attached to the campaign you were logged into. We've fixed this so the API honours the supplied campaign ID, letting you link calls to any eligible campaign.
