The Ticker Widget has been created as a way of displaying messages to Wallboards & Dashboards in real time without having to publish new dashboards or having agents refresh the page.
Use case example
A business wants to use incentives to help boost morale and add an air of competition to their contact centre. The ticker scrolling across displays updates to agents regarding prizes available and how to win them.
