User Portal/Contact Hub
Contact search. In Contact Hub, when a script has the "Show Contact Search" option enabled, if an interaction is received that doesn't have an ID , the Change Contact panel will now open automatically, making it easier to find and assign the correct contact.
Scripts. In Contact Hub, we’ve added support to ensure integrations built using scripting continue to function as expected, maintaining compatibility with existing setups.
Softphone Test Page. We’ve improved the Softphone Test page with styling updates and better functionality. Unsupported browsers now show as ‘failed’ and count towards the issue total. Speed tests have a refreshed design, a loading spinner, and a 10-second timeout per test. Audio tests re-run if microphone permissions change. Login-related tests now provide informative results instead of failing when there’s no internet, with authentication checked on each run.
Dynamic nailup. We’ve fixed an issue in Dynamic Nailup where, if a user accepted a call request but lost connection mid-nailup, the customer call might not return to the queue properly. Now, affected calls will be correctly re-queued, ensuring customers can be answered again.
Dynamic nailup. We’ve updated Dynamic Nailup to use the Previewing status when users receive a call popup dialog, ensuring consistency with other activity types. This prevents users from being moved into a previously requested state (such as Break or Log Off) before they are actually available, improving call handling and status transitions.
