Product Updates
User Portal/Contact Hub
History. You can now view both inbound and outbound system calls in Contact History - these are calls not handled by a user. If you’d prefer to restrict access, simply update the “Can See Contact History & Add/View Notes” permission to hide this view.
Notes. Notes added to VQ calls will now correctly be saved and stored in Contact Hub.
Digital Interaction. We’ve fixed an issue that stopped users from moving through scripts after entering data in a draft interaction. Now, any changes are properly saved and linked to a new Contact as you navigate, with the Contact correctly tied to the interaction once it’s created.
Facebook/WhatsApp. Agents can now view and send photos through Facebook and WhatsApp directly in Contact Hub, making it easier to handle media within conversations on these channels.
