These widgets allow you to display historical information from the database. 

All the BI widgets can be found in the 'BI' section of the widget toolbox.

Date Filter

This widget allows you to change the date ranges which the BI widgets on the current page filter by. For example, if there is a Result Code Chart widget on the page then the checks on history for the result code will be limited to the selected date range.

Simply clicking the date/time will produce a date/time picker for you to select from.

Selecting the 'Settings' icon in the top right of the widget gives the following dialog box;

Here, you will have the following options;

• Today
• Yesterday
• This Week
• Last Week
• Last 2 Weeks
• This Month
• Last Month
• Last 3 Months
• This Quarter
• Last Quarter

Result Code List

This widget will show the same information as the Result Code Chart (described below) and will have the same filter parameters, however when clicking on a rows 'Filter' button, it will apply an additional filter to any 'listening' widgets. For example, if the Report Grid is on the page and it uses result code data to filter, when the filter is applied the grid will update also.

Selecting the 'Settings' icon in the top right of the widget gives the following dialog box;

Filter by Result Code - There are 2 options here; 'User' result codes and 'System' result codes.

To filter, you can either type in the result code/codes you want to filter by or you can select them from the list underneath. 

Result Code Chart

This pie chart widget will display all result codes broken down by the following filters;

• Campaign
• List
• Team
• User
• Date Filter (Start & End)

Selecting the 'Settings' icon in the top right of the widget gives the following dialog box;

Chart Settings;

Show Legend - Here you can select whether to show the legend or not.

Legend Position - Allows you to choose where the legend is displayed.

Show Labels - Shows or hides the labels around the pie chart.

Show 'Other' Codes - Groups hidden codes into an 'other' figure.

Filter by Result Code

There are 2 options here; 'User' result codes and 'System' result codes.

To filter, you can either Type in the result code/codes you want to filter by or you can select them from the list underneath. 

Report Grid

This widget will display the results of a 'System Report' in a Grid.

Note: If tagging is enabled data will be automatically filtered to show data associated to the user’s tags.

Selecting the 'Settings' icon in the top right of the widget gives the following dialog box;

 Here, you can select the report you want displayed in the widget. 

Report List

This widget is very similar to the Report Grid widget however it will display the data returned in a list format instead of a grid, for example a calculation can be done in a report to get;

• Active Records
• Dialled Records
• Total Attempts

From a selected list, if this widget is used, then the data will be displayed in a label & value pair, if more than one row is returned from a query then a pager is included to allow you to scroll through the results.

Selecting the 'Settings' icon in the top right of the widget gives the following dialog box;

 Here, you can select the report you want displayed in the widget.
